My battery wand will not work even though all batteries were replaced , but after speaking to Garden tech they mailed out a manual pump that I cannot use, So my garden is being devestated by insects while i try to get help

The Sevin wouldnt come out of the sprayer! Tried Everything.shook the container. Sprayed.shook the container. Sprayed. No luck. Tried your website. No luck! Suggestions???
